Refund Policy

At Onboard Sportswear we strive to make our customers 100% satisfied with the product they’ve purchased from us.

 

If you are experiencing any shipping or products issues, and you need to contact us, then please send us an email and our team will assist you right away.

 

RETURNS / EXCHANGES

 

All of our custom made products are created fully or in part based on information specific to each individual customer and have no resell value.

 

As a result, we will NOT ACCEPT the return of such products.

 

In a case where the fault is ours, please make your claim within 10 days of receiving your products by emailing us at: sales@onboardsportswear.us and attach the photos of products as well as proof of purchase.

 

CANCELLATIONS

 

If you need to cancel the transaction, please feel free to contact us at sales@onboardsportswear.us within 24 hours after your purchase. 

 

We aim to start the design and produce your Custom product 24 hours after your order is placed.

 

Your order cannot be canceled or refunded once after this period.

 

REFUND POLICY

 

All items are handcrafted and custom made with care, therefore, we do not accept refunds on the products unless the fault was ours (e.g. the custom name/photo is wrong, the size/colour is wrong, damaged upon arrival).
